Why Powder Coating?

Unlike liquid coating application, powder coating is a dry finishing process using powdered coating material. During the process, the powder is applied to the pre-treated surface, melted, then dried and cured to form a protective-decorative coating.

Specialized for Aluminum

All equipment and technology are designed specifically for coating aluminum castings, following all quality standards for the process, which guarantees the quality of our products.

We constantly strive to invest in new production processes and technology to fully satisfy the requirements of our clients from around the world.

Our Process in Action

Watch how our advanced powder coating process transforms ordinary metal into extraordinary finishes.

Three-Stage Powder Coating Process

Modern automated technology for perfect results

1

Surface Preparation

Blasting, degreasing, rinsing, passivation and drying for optimal adhesion

2

Coating Application

Electrostatic application (ESD) with WAGNER equipment for uniform coating

3

Thermal Curing

Polymerization at 180-210°C for 12-15 minutes for maximum durability

Stage 1: Chemical Preparation of Parts

🔧 Blasting

Pre-treatment with shot blasting machines for surface cleaning

🧽 Degreasing (Tank 1)

Removal of oils, grease, resins and casting residues with mild alkaline cleaning agents. Process takes 2-3 minutes with warm deionized water.

💧 Rinsing (Tanks 2-3)

Double rinsing with deionized water (15-30 microsiemens) for guaranteed removal of agents. Total time: 4 minutes.

🛡️ Passivation (Tank 4)

Application of a thin protective layer for improved adhesion and anti-corrosion protection. Time: 3 minutes.

🌡️ Drying

Drying at maximum 105°C to preserve the passivation layer and ensure optimal adhesion.

Stage 2: Electrostatic Application (ESD)

❄️ Cooling

Parts are cooled after drying for quality coating application

🎯 WAGNER Spray Booth

Latest generation equipment with precise control and programmable settings. Dual mode option for complex geometries.

⚡ Electrostatic Gun

Uniform distribution of powder coating through electric charge, adapted to the part configuration

Stage 3: Polymerization and Quality Control

🔥 Specialized Oven

Temperature 180-210°C according to powder coating manufacturer guidelines. Minimum 12-15 minutes dwell time.

⏱️ Optimized Time

Time depends on the size, shape and thickness of the part - thin-walled parts require less time

❄️ Cooling and Packaging

Controlled cooling and professional packaging for protection of the finished product
